Commercial TPO Flat Roof & Drainage Restoration
Standing water ponding and compromised flashing caused recurring ceiling leaks inside a commercial warehouse facility in Tuscany Hills. We installed a custom tapered polyiso insulation system and heat-welded 60-mil TPO membrane—eliminating water pooling and creating a permanent weather-tight structural shield.
Project Journal
Our commercial crew was dispatched to investigate active roof leaks impacting inventory storage within a light-industrial warehouse facility. Infrared moisture scanning revealed severe insulation saturation caused by standing ponding water along low-slope roof sections, alongside failing field seams in the legacy EPDM membrane.
We removed all saturated insulation and degraded roofing material down to the concrete structural deck. Our technicians laid down high-density tapered polyiso insulation boards engineered with positive sloped channels directed straight toward perimeter scuppers and primary roof drains to permanently eliminate water pooling.
A premium 60-mil white TPO membrane was mechanically attached over the insulation, and all lap seams, wall flashings, and pipe boots were hot-air welded at 1,000°F to form a monolithic, watertight bond. Probe seam testing confirmed 100% weld strength, delivering a highly reflective, energy-efficient, and permanent weather-tight structural shield.
